INTERIOR DESIGN
Let our team help you Dress Your Habitat with our thoughtfully curated arsenal of high quality, well-designed home furnishing lines. Furniture, art, accents, wall coverings, fabrics, drapery, paint, space planning, and more. $2,000 10-Hour minimum retainer to start, in most cases. Any additional design hours are billed at $200/hour. Any left over retainer dollars can be credited towards home furnishing purchases.
One of a Kind
CUSTOM DESIGN WORK
Want something unique and one of a kind? We design custom furniture pieces, fireplaces, feature walls, art installation pieces, and more. $1,000 5-Hour minimum design fee. Any additional design hours are billed at $200/hour. Design fee covers the time to produce sketches, renderings, and material selections for quote. Includes one round of revisions. Does not include cost of materials or fabrication.

HOME RENOVATION DESIGN
Let us help set and direct the creative vision for the improvement of your home. We'll make sure it becomes as special and unique as you are! Kitchens, baths, living areas, closets, outdoor spaces, and more. $3,000 15-Hour minimum retainer to start, with a pricing structured by the types of rooms we'd be designing. Any additional design hours are billed at $200/hour. Does not include any fees required by the builder/general contractor.

From chandeliers and lamps to rugs and sectionals, we can show you a range of options to match your style and budget. $200 non-refundable research deposit to start. When you pick your item, we'll apply that $200 towards your purchase! Includes one round of research revisions. Any additional research hours are billed at $200/hour.
